New Delhi/Washington: The US, which recently downgraded the DGCA’s safety ratings, is expected to announce traderelated measures in what is seen as a retaliatory move against India’s recent stand on the patent regime. The US Trade Representative announcement will come aday after the US Chamber filed a submission to the USTR on the Special 301 Report. The Special 301 Report is an annual report on the adequacy and protection of intellectual property in various countries.
